About The Position

FirstCall Group is a national commercial HVAC and mechanical services platform built on strong local brands. We partner with strong local brands to build durable partnerships with our teams and our customers, ensuring our customers’ facilities are taken care of at the highest level. We grow two ways: organically and by acquiring excellent local businesses and creating a network where the whole is greater than the sum of our parts. The Integration Project Manager ensures our new partners have a successful transition to becoming successful FirstCall operating companies as a part of our national network. You work alongside owners, founders, RVPs with P&L ownership, and platform executives. You’ll ensure integration efforts work towards a strategic end, not just a tactical one.
