About The Position
Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Project Manager II in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in program/project management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.
- Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.
- US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. (to obtain a clearance).
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
- Familiarity with EVM and program reporting.
- Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).
Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution aligned with cost and schedule objectives.
- Track project performance, risks, and issues.
- Assist with reporting, PMRs, and documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with program processes and requirements.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
