About The Position

As a Project Manager II at Romac, you’ll lead complex, high-impact projects from planning through successful delivery. You’ll bring your project management expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to guide cross-functional teams—including senior leaders—through challenging projects and help turn business goals into results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects (of a variety of disciplines) on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Proven ability to complete complex, risky, large, and ambiguous projects.
  • Proven proficiency in formal project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, high-priority, high-complexity projects.
  • With minimal oversight, determine and define project scope, objectives, and key success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • With minimal oversight, develop and maintain detailed project plans, project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, applying proactive mitigation strategies while bringing projects to completion on time, on budget, and to expectation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
