About The Position

Campos EPC is seeking a Project Manager II to provide leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of medium-scale, medium-complexity strategic business and technology projects. This role involves effective collaboration with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives, and present solutions to business challenges. The Project Manager II will be responsible for budget and resource planning, serving as the single point of contact for all economic and regulatory issues for assigned projects. Key activities include developing and maintaining project parameters, managing project requirements, and coordinating all activities for successful project completion, including scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design. Building business cases and project justifications is also a core responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5–6 years of project management experience, providing direct project management pertaining to construction projects: Electrical/Gas Substation, Compressor, Transmission, Distribution, or Civil projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project-related tools, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
