About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager I – Nuclear Projects to support capital projects, outage activities, and online maintenance initiatives within a highly regulated nuclear environment. This role is responsible for leading small to medium-sized technical projects through planning, execution, and closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

Requirements

Strong project management experience within commercial nuclear power plants or similar highly regulated industrial environments.
Experience managing outage-related projects, online work management, or complex maintenance initiatives.
Knowledge of advanced project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls.
Familiarity with human performance improvement practices, error reduction techniques, and nuclear safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Project Management certification required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Lead capital projects supporting refueling outages, forced outages, and online maintenance activities.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, procurement activities, and execution plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and interface with engineering, maintenance, finance, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
Oversee work package development, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety compliance, and outage coordination activities.
Monitor project progress, resolve execution conflicts, and provide status reporting to senior management.
Manage vendor contracts and support long-range planning strategies tied to assigned projects.
Support corrective action programs, self-assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
