About The Position

We are seeking a Fabrication Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing accurate project timelines, planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope, while coordinating internal teams and managing customer communications. A key part of this role also involves preparing detailed cost estimates and maintaining accurate records of time spent on projects.

Requirements

Experience in project management.
Experience in cost estimation.
Ability to develop accurate project timelines.
Skills in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects.
Proficiency in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
Capability to coordinate internal teams and allocate resources.
Ability to track progress and adjust plans.
Skills in reviewing project performance.
Experience serving as a primary point of contact for customers.
Ability to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
Experience maintaining accurate records of time spent on projects.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Data Collection Apps.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate and realistic project timelines.
Plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within defined scope.
Coordinate internal teams and allocate resources to support project goals.
Track progress and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on schedule.
Review project performance to identify efficiencies, address issues, and improve future outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on status, progress, and any challenges.
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates with clearly defined scopes of work.
Maintain accurate records of time spent on customer projects and ensure all billable hours are properly entered into the ERP system using the Data Collection App.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
