About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale ERP implementation related project. The ideal candidate has strong experience leading complex financial services projects and can quickly assess project health, establish credibility, and drive successful outcomes within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

Requirements

Experience managing Scrum teams and Agile delivery practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to partner effectively with both business and technology teams.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to drive consensus and decision-making across cross-functional groups.

Previous Banking or Financial Services experience

Responsibilities

Assess project status, scope, risks, dependencies, and overall health upon engagement.
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Lead execution across business and technology workstreams.
Facilitate project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, compliance, and external partners.
Support delivery within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall framework.
Oversee Scrum team execution, sprint planning, and dependency management.
Escalate and resolve blockers impacting project schedules and deliverables.
Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across multiple business functions.
Ensure project objectives remain aligned with strategic business goals.
