About The Position

Central Moloney is hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) at a large-scale manufacturing facility. The role owns the project from planning through go-live and stabilization, establishing the governance, reporting, and risk-management processes needed to keep the implementation on track. The project manager will manage timelines and scope, hold implementation partners accountable, and coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT. The role is onsite in Pine Bluff or Little Rock, Arkansas. Employees based in Little Rock must travel to Pine Bluff at least once per week, with additional travel as needed. The role involves regular interaction with business teams and leadership, frequent coordination with external implementation partners, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position is considered safety-sensitive. Central Moloney is a tobacco-free facility.

Requirements

7–10+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations.
Experience managing projects in manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations.
Experience in engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environments.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-site ERP deployments.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT.
Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
Ensure alignment and communication across all stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Escalate critical risks and decisions as needed.
Manage relationships with third-party implementation partners.
Track partner deliverables and hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate internal and external resources.
Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and escalation paths.
Provide regular status reporting to leadership, including progress, risks, and key decisions.
Ensure documentation of project activities and decisions.
Develop and execute cutover and go-live plans.
Coordinate readiness activities across business and IT teams.
Support stabilization efforts after go-live.
