About The Position

Maini Consulting is seeking an energetic, client-focused Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects and contribute to its growing delivery practice. The Project Manager manages Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM implementations from project initiation through deployment and post-go-live support. The role calls for strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. The position offers an opportunity to develop an Oracle Cloud consulting career while working closely with executive leadership, clients, and delivery teams. Requirements

5–10 years of total project management experience.
Experience with 4–8 Oracle Cloud implementations.
Experience with Oracle ERP, SCM, or HCM.
Strong executive communication skills.
Experience managing project financials.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
Comfort working remotely and traveling to clients; travel is up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Consulting background preferred.
