Responsibilities

• Coordinating Epic workbook completion and follow-ups across organizations
• Tracking deliverables across Phase 0: Workflow documentation, Cost inputs, Staffing inputs, Third-party dependencies
• Managing dependencies across: Infrastructure, Vendor decisions, Workflow readiness
• Maintaining: Detailed workplan, Risks, issues, and assumptions
• Organizing cost model inputs and documentation for leadership review
