As a Financial Planner, you will collaborate with merchants to develop assortment strategies, manage category financial performance, and transform data into actionable insights. The team focuses on identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and influencing business decisions that drive growth while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in merchandising and category management with strong financial forecasting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply business intelligence to drive assortment planning and promotional strategies.
  • Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and developing actionable financial plans.
  • Strong influencing skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and guide decision-making.
  • Ability to assess business health, identify opportunities, and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analysis tools to support strategic category and financial planning.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and fostering a high-performing team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 2 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.
  • OR 4 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.
