Responsibilities
- Managing governance cadence (steering committees, working groups).
- Maintaining intake pipeline, prioritization tracking, and decision documentation.
- Coordinating cross-organizational stakeholders.
- Tracking application inventory and rationalization progress.
- Ensuring consistency and follow-through across all governance processes.
