About The Position

Manages all programs and functions related to the operation and coordination involving architecture, engineering, and construction projects (AE&C). Responsible for project management and planning functions involving internal and external construction and renovation. This role also oversees the total construction effort within the assigned ministry(ies) to ensure projects are constructed in accordance to design, budget, and schedule. The role is also responsible for effectively communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and providing oversight of subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field is required.
  • Five (5) years of experience in construction management, architecture, engineering or related experience is required in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of project management experience in a healthcare setting is required.
  • 8 years of experience working on healthcare, education or commercial projects is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred.
