About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, state, and federal construction projects ranging from $100K to $7M. This is an opportunity to join a small, independent team with significant room for long-term growth. This is an opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys solving unique challenges, taking ownership, and working in a hands-on environment rather than a highly corporate setting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction management experience
• Degree or equivalent hands-on construction experience
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage 1–3 projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and 3-week lookaheads
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Manage RFIs, submittmits, change orders, and contract documentation
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, and negotiations
• Conduct site visits and project meetings
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and compliance
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and budget
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover
