About The Position

David Nice Builders is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage commercial construction projects through their full lifecycle, from pre-construction through closeout. The project manager partners with estimating, the superintendent, the safety officer, the Project Management Assistant, and the Client Services Manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
