About The Position
This role is for a Project Manager Co-ordinator-Operations in Research Triangle Park, NC. The position requires a strong background in program management, strategy and operations, design operations, or related cross-functional roles. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized operational processes, SOPs, or scalable workflow frameworks. Additionally, they will lead cross-functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations and support AI transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, design operations, or related cross functional roles.
- Experience developing and implementing standardized operational processes, SOPs, or scalable workflow frameworks.
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations.
- Experience supporting AI transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.
