About The Position

Terabase's SCADA solutions enable accurate data acquisition and effective management of utility-scale solar power plants. We are seeking a Project Manager to run the Closure, RMA and Warranty services function of our Project Delivery team and own the closeout and multi-year warranty period for our deployed SCADA and controls projects. Reporting to the Director, Operations & Delivery, who is responsible for the successful execution of Terabase SCADA projects and customer excellence, you will lead project closure, RMA, warranty, and spares activities across our installed base, ensuring each project is completed on time, fully documented, and transitioned to a satisfied customer. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dependable, consistently delivering on time and following through on commitments. Success in this role requires the ability to build trust with customers and cross-functional teams, strong planning and coordination skills, sound technical orientation in SCADA and industrial controls, and the discipline to execute across many concurrent projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience working as a project or operations manager in the solar or renewable energy industry, heavy construction, or aerospace industry
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, budgets, and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, vendors, technical teams, Finance, and management.
Proficiency with project-management, enterprise resource planning, inventory, reporting, and document-management tools.
Analytical skills and experience using operational and financial data to make decisions and improve performance.
Demonstrated leadership, including setting priorities, resolving conflicts, holding owners accountable, and driving cross-functional results.
Adaptability and resilience when managing technical issues, customer escalations, and uncertainty across an installed project portfolio.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SCADA, industrial controls, grid controls, telemetry, meteorological stations, or related electrical and automation systems.
Utility-scale solar or renewable-energy project experience.
Experience managing RMA, warranty, field-service, spares, or installed-base support programs.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or a comparable project or program management certification.
Master's degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Maintain project closure plans, action logs, milestone dates, dependencies, and acceptance requirements under the direction of the Project Manager.
Collect, organize, and quality-check closeout documents, including final reports, as-built deliverables, acceptance records, manuals, and lessons learned.
Track outstanding technical, commercial, and documentation items; follow up with assigned owners and escalate overdue or blocked actions.
Prepare meeting notes, status updates, customer correspondence, and internal follow-ups for review by the Project Manager.
Keep project, ERP, inventory, and document-management records accurate and current, including dates, status, ownership, and supporting files.
Coordinate knowledge-transfer meetings and support the handoff of open service items, equipment, and records to their post-project owners.
Prepare routine closure dashboards and reports summarizing progress, open items, risks, and documentation status.
Follow approved closure procedures and maintain complete, traceable records for customer commitments, internal reviews, and audits.
Log RMA and warranty requests, validate required information, coordinate assignments, track aging and due dates, and maintain complete case records.
Apply approved RMA and warranty processes and policies, document exceptions, and recommend practical refinements based on recurring workflow issues.
Coordinate routine communication with customers, vendors, suppliers, and service providers regarding status, shipment, repair, replacement, credit, and documentation.
Maintain spares demand, inventory, rotation, replenishment, shipment, and consumption records and coordinate follow-up with Supply Chain and Operations.
Collect and validate purchase orders, invoices, credits, freight, labor, and material costs to support warranty and spares budgets, forecasts, reserves, and cost allocations.
Gather evidence for failure reviews and audits and coordinate follow-up actions with the Quality, Product, and Engineering teams.
Compile common failures, reliability issues, field data, and operator feedback and route the information to the Project Manager and responsible Product, Quality, and Engineering owners.
Maintain dashboards and prepare routine metrics on case aging, turnaround time, resolution rate, costs, inventory status, recurring issues, and customer outcomes.
Identify missing information, overdue actions, cost concerns, and customer-impacting risks and escalate them promptly to the Project Manager.
