Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with all transactions, both physically and systemically.
  • Detail oriented. Including records and communication retention, process documentation, et al.
  • Ability to work in a mixed office/manufacturing environment, including continuous standing, sitting, typing, lifting, etc.
  • Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training.

Responsibilities

  • Works with internal and external customers to manage NCR/RMA materials.
  • Leads internal team to complete assigned task in a timely manner.
  • Prioritizes work and delegates activities according to business priorities.
  • Provides training to staff in RMA receiving and discrepancy groups.
  • Resolves RMA related issues working closely customers and suppliers.
  • Inspects product and confirms condition as stated on RMA.
  • Provides suggestions on departmental improvements.
  • Oversees sorts product in RMA.
  • Reports discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Manages repackaging of product as needed.
