About The Position

Join the Functional Service Provider (FSP) model as an Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Project Manager managing the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials. The role supports timely and efficient distribution of trial materials, optimal inventory levels, and successful execution of clinical studies through collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the United States. Candidates must have prior global clinical supplies project management experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment. The position develops study-specific plans, coordinates internal teams, integrates clinical supplies activities into the supply chain in support of project logistics and GxP compliance, and represents the department in meetings and initiatives. It also contributes to training, process improvement, client-facing bid activities, and mentoring junior team members. Scope and responsibilities may increase with seniority. Work may be performed in a production, office, or home-based environment, with exposure to electrical office equipment. Occasional domestic and international travel is required. The role involves frequent stationary work, repetitive hand movements and mobility, occasional bending and twisting, and light to moderate lifting of up to 15–20 pounds. The salary range across the three levels is $75,000–$130,000, with eligibility for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification; an equivalent combination of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience may be considered.
Previous CRO experience in a global clinical supplies role.
Associate Project Manager: comparable experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, typically 2 or more years.
Project Manager: comparable experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, typically 5 or more years.
Senior Project Manager: comparable experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, typically 8 or more years.
Strong written and verbal English and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, urgency, and decision-making skills.
Effective leadership and team-building skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Customer focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop study-specific plans for assigned projects.
Meet with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and identify risks, and update project reports and spreadsheets.
Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support project logistics strategy and compliance with GxP requirements.
Participate in ongoing training on new regulations.
Represent the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as business requirements dictate.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Maintain and use existing tools while seeking opportunities to improve them.
May participate in bidding and bid-defense opportunities and serve as a client contact for supply-chain requests, questions, or concerns.
