About The Position

We are seeking a high-impact Project Manager to join our dedicated team. This isn't just a back office role, you will be the engine room of our campaign execution, navigating complex brand centric projects. You will partner directly with the Client Services team to lead internal and client processes, manage resources and maintain the financial health of our programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with 5+ years of agency experience who thrives in a fast paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of influencer marketing and campaign lifecycles.

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
Solid understanding of brand centric project management.
Proficiency in project management software (ClickUp preferred) and resource forecasting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience in influencer marketing is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation of comprehensive new scopes and staffing plans for brand specific projects.
Oversee resource capacity levels, utilizing historical data and trend analysis to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal team utilization.
Manage budgets and estimates for a range of campaigns, from low touch initiatives to large scale, high visibility activations.
Act as the power user for our project management system (ClickUp), ensuring all data is accurate and communicating updates across departments.
Collaborate closely with Client Services and Finance teams on reporting, internal communications, and day-to-day deliverables.
Create and maintain team templates and both external and internal process documentation to drive efficiency.
Review timesheets, analyze utilization reports, and generate burn reports to keep leadership informed of project health.
