Vendelux also facilitates event organizer partnerships for first-party data sharing and offers Vendelux Meetings, an AI-driven tool to identify high-value attendees and book 1:1 meetings at conferences, thereby maximizing pipeline generation. The team comprises individuals with experience from companies like Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, Forter, and Airbnb. This role, Outreach Campaign Operations Manager, sits at the intersection of customer success, outbound execution, and AI operations. The manager will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of AI-powered outreach campaigns for a portfolio of customers, managing numerous moving parts, diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and continuously improving quality and results. It is a high-ownership, fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, acts with urgency, and values attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in outbound sales, B2B marketing, customer success, or a high-volume client-facing operations role.
  • Proven experience managing a large number of concurrent accounts or workstreams without things slipping — you have a system and you stick to it.
  • Strong instincts for B2B email copy: you can tell the difference between a message that earns a response and one that doesn't, and you know why.
  • Analytical enough to diagnose campaign performance and turn metrics into clear next actions.
  • High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, follow through without being chased, and treat customer results as your results.
  • Naturally adaptable and a fast self-learner: when you encounter a new tool or problem, you figure it out before asking for help.
  • Creative problem solver who finds practical solutions in ambiguous situations and doesn't wait for a perfect playbook.
  • Clear, concise communicator who works well cross-functionally and keeps the right people informed without over-communicating.
  • Genuinely excited about AI — not just as a buzzword, but as a core part of how you work and think.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and ongoing campaign execution for a portfolio of accounts — managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously while keeping everything organized and nothing falling through the cracks.
  • Diagnose and optimize B2B outreach performance: analyze reply rates, prospect list quality, email copy, sequencing, and deliverability — and take action without waiting to be asked.
  • Write and refine 1:1 outbound copy that feels human, earns replies, and reflects each customer's brand voice and compliance requirements.
  • Track campaign replies, drive follow-up, manage conversion funnels, and book meetings on behalf of customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to align on account priorities, surface risks early, and deliver outcomes that map to each customer's business goals.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to surface patterns from the field and influence the roadmap.
  • Build and document scalable outreach processes that can be systematized and improved over time.
