About The Position

At EXP, the Project Manager/Architect will join the Aviation, Transit and Commercial Buildings team in the Buildings Sector, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role manages the design, production, and coordination of projects in Georgia and nationwide. Project Managers serve as the primary liaison between clients and EXP project teams, including subconsultants, and are accountable for project performance, including delivery within financial and schedule parameters and exceeding client expectations. The position also contributes to business development through market research, client meetings, marketing proposals, and selection interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university.
• Architectural license or Professional Engineer license.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with the identified tasks.
• Track record of exceptional performance.
• Experience in a variety of project market sectors, including Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education.
• Thorough working understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit capabilities.
• Ability to use financial management software.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation ability, and ability to manage diverse groups of clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
