About The Position

EXP is seeking a Project Manager/Architect for its Aviation, Transit and Commercial Buildings team within the Buildings Sector, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role manages the design, production, and coordination of projects in Georgia and nationwide. Project Managers serve as the primary liaison between clients and EXP project teams, including subconsultants, and are accountable for negotiating appropriate fees, schedules, and contract terms. They oversee project performance and delivery within financial and schedule parameters while aiming to exceed client expectations. The position also contributes to business development through market research, client meetings, proposal support, and participation in selection interviews. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university.
• Architectural license or Professional Engineer license.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with the identified tasks.
• Track record of exceptional performance.
• Experience in a variety of project market sectors, including Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education.
• Thorough working understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit capabilities.
• Ability to utilize financial management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present dynamically.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
