About The Position

The Project Management Specialist supports execution of SAP Next Gen’s AI-enabled go-to-market strategy, aligns with internal partners, and builds feedback infrastructure to improve the experience of students and early talent. The role is part of the SAP Next Gen organization, whose mission is to drive the end-to-end experience for students and early talent and build SAP’s future. The position coordinates go-to-market strategy and communications, collaborates across SAP to maintain consistent execution across channels and geographies, leads an organic global influencer program, maintains the career site, and prepares executive materials on progress and impact. It also supports AI-driven process optimization and organizational enablement, leads AI knowledge sharing, and provides structured PMO support for AI agents in SAP’s global initiatives. The role designs and runs feedback mechanisms, including focus group interviews with students, interns, Academy associates, and stakeholders. It synthesizes qualitative feedback, combines findings with quantitative data, reports results to executive leadership, and applies insights to continuously improve program design. The position is located in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Align SAP Next Gen’s go-to-market strategy, including internal and external communications, with SAP’s broader AI transformation story.
Collaborate across SAP to ensure consistent go-to-market execution across channels and geographies.
Lead the organic global SAP Next Gen influencer program.
Keep SAP Next Gen’s career site updated and appealing to its target group.
Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership on go-to-market progress and impact.
Simplify and streamline processes through AI and continuously challenge the status quo.
Support AI enablement across the SAP Next Gen organization and lead an AI knowledge-sharing initiative.
Support execution of multiple AI agents within SAP’s global AI initiatives through structured PMO.
Collaborate with stakeholders from areas including CPIT, Strategy & Operations, Controlling, Onboarding, and Learning to drive project success.
Design and run structured, holistic feedback mechanisms, including focus group interviews with students, interns, Academy associates, and key stakeholders.
Synthesize qualitative feedback into actionable insights that inform programming decisions and demonstrate community impact.
Integrate qualitative findings with quantitative data, report feedback results to executive leadership, and apply insights to improve program design.
