About The Position

At Qnity Interconnect Solutions (ICS), we partner with customers to bring breakthrough technologies to life through innovative materials-based solutions. As our Project Management Leader, you will play a pivotal role in turning ideas into successful commercial products, working across a dynamic global organization and collaborating with industry-leading customers. In this highly visible role, you will lead strategic regional but also global projects guiding cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization. You will partner with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and sustainable business growth. We are seeking a driven, agile project leader with a hunter mindset who thrives on identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and turning innovative ideas into commercial success. You are energized by fast-paced environments, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and passionate about bringing cross-functional teams together to deliver results.

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial, materials, or engineering environments.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving results in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field.
Experience with commercialization, new product development, or customer-driven innovation projects.

Nice To Haves

MBA or equivalent business experience.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
Experience within adhesives, laminates, converting, automotive, or electrification markets.
Early-stage innovation and product development experience.

Responsibilities
