About The Position

Branded Bills is a fast-moving headwear brand that launches new products on a rolling basis — across D2C, college licensing, and beyond. Our team moves quickly, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes is what makes it all possible. As our Creative Project Manager Intern, you'll play a hands-on support role within our marketing team. You'll help keep launches on track, assist with organizing tasks and tracking assets, handle incoming requests, and be present in-person to support the team with samples and day-to-day needs.

  • Eager to learn how a product-driven brand operates

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus; ClickUp experience is a bonus
  • Experience with or interest in marketing, project management, or e-commerce is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the launch process for D2C and college licensing product launches, supporting all moving pieces from prep through go-live
  • Maintain and update the College Licensing Tracker across all upcoming launch windows, including hat/patch combos, Amazon links, design files, and image references
  • Help build and organize ClickUp tasks and subtasks for each product launch — typically 4–6 weeks ahead of launch date
  • Track deadlines across the launch prep schedule: web assets, ad templates, production images, and go-live dates
  • Assist in managing incoming requests from retail partners (e.g. image requests from Rally House, Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, PGA Tour Superstore) and internal teams, ensuring they're routed, tracked, and completed on time
  • Source, verify, and link product images and production images to ensure accuracy across all launch materials
  • Cross-reference designs against College Licensing Brand Guidelines, including verbiage, trademark, and registered mark requirements
  • Receive, organize, and track physical marketing samples in the office
  • Coordinate with the broader team on sample readiness and photoshoot timelines
  • Stay connected to daily office activity to surface issues, gather context, and keep launch tasks moving forward
