About The Position

The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission is currently seeking a Project Management Intern for the Summer. The internship will last around 2-3 months. Interns will assist in the preparation of routine Project Management Division administrative/clerical tasks, participate in required Division training, and follow required OESC and Project Management Division safety/security protocols. These job functions, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year degree program.
• Computer Skills – Employee must be capable of proficiently using OESC’s standard software (Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Teams), and the Internet, as well as proficiency to learn other software as needed.
• Employee must be capable of lifting, carrying and moving objects of up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of routine Project Management Division administrative/clerical tasks.
• Participate in the required Division training.
• Follow required OESC and Project Management Division safety / security protocols.
