About The Position

The Project Management Coordinator supports the governance processes for our portfolio as well as supports project and program managers and teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Two years of relevant professional experience with zero to two years of project management experience in a complex business environment
  • Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • US Work Authorization required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor governance frameworks to ensure consistent project management practices across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on project performance including progress, outcomes, benefits, and risks of each project and the portfolio as a whole, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Produce reports used to drive project status and portfolio review meetings.
  • Support the creation of training material and delivery of training on the use of project or portfolio management processes and tools.
  • Facilitate and identify any improvements in existing processes needed to support project, program, and portfolio management.
  • Supports project and program managers with various tasks such as: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and report on status.
  • Assist in managing project risks and issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for coordinating the intake process for new project requests and portfolio management pipeline.
  • Facilitate initial project scoping and feasibility assessments including requirements gathering and options analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
