About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized Engineering Project Manager Coordinator to manage and optimize engineering scheduling across projects, ensuring alignment with production and delivery timelines.

Requirements

BA in Engineering or other technical degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in scheduling/planning in engineering or manufacturing
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excel and ERP familiarity
Strong communication skills

Capacity planning experience
Engineering workflow familiarity
Experience working with software teams

Responsibilities

Engineering Scheduling & Planning Develop and maintain a centralized engineering schedule
Prioritize work based on timelines and production needs
Adjust schedules based on changing priorities
Resource & Capacity Coordination Align workload with engineering capacity
Identify and resolve bottlenecks
Support planning with data insights
Cross-Functional Alignment Coordinate across engineering, PM, and production
Ensure readiness for manufacturing
Communicate risks and updates
Schedule Monitoring & Execution Track progress against plan
Identify risks and drive mitigation
Support expedited projects
Performance & Continuous Improvement Track KPIs (on-time delivery, backlog)
Analyze trends and improve processes
Scheduling Tools & Systems Improvement Lead improvements of scheduling tools and workflows
Work with software team to define and validate enhancements
Drive adoption and improve visibility via dashboards
Systems & Tools Use ERP and planning tools
Maintain accurate scheduling data
