About The Position

The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and supporting an efficient working environment for the accounts to which they are assigned. The PMC will keep communication channels clear and open among members of the assigned account group, as well as other departments within the agency. The PMC will also monitor the workflow within the account team to insure work in progress is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Project Management Coordinator works under the direction of department leadership to track work through the agency from initiation through completion, assist with procedures relating to traffic and production, and provide the account team with administrative support. The PMC will also monitor workflow across departments to insure work in progress is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Strong communication skills required. The PMC communicates effectively in both a verbal and written manner; regularly proofreading content. Ability to identify the client and internal team needs and effectively communicate them back to the relevant parties. The PMC maintains direct, timely and appropriate communications with all departments/teams and/or clients through reports, workflow platforms, status updates, etc.

Requirements

  • B.A. in related discipline
  • Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Access)
  • Interpersonal Communication (written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • One year of previous applicable marketing/agency experience preferred but not required.
  • The ideal candidate will take overall ownership of assigned accounts and processes vs. relying on others and look for ways to contribute.
