Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree relevant to Construction Project Management, Virtual Design Construction, or Safety Management.
  • Interest in gaining hands-on, real-world experience in the construction industry.
  • Willingness to embrace a family culture and core values of trust, collaboration, safety, quality, community, and stewardship.
  • Availability for the full internship duration, including mandatory orientation and capstone weeks.
  • Ability to attend mandatory orientation week at Jacksonville HQ (May 17 - 21).
  • Ability to attend mandatory capstone week at Jacksonville HQ (August 2nd week).
  • Ability to present a mandatory capstone presentation on August 6th.

Responsibilities

  • Gain real-world experience on the path to becoming a Project Manager or Safety Manager.
  • Participate in Intern Orientation Week at the Jacksonville HQ.
  • Learn hands-on how Electrician's make projects come to life.
  • Connect with Executives, Project Managers, and Field Leaders through panels, simulations, and group discussion.
  • Participate in Midpoint Virtual Check-In with team building activities and capstone planning.
  • Attend Networking Events with other interns from the local area.
  • Participate in Capstone Week at the Jacksonville HQ.
  • Deliver a mandatory Capstone presentation to the executives and managers.
