About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The role is located in the Albuquerque area and is intended for students in their senior year of college/university, graduating no later than May 2028. The internship pays $17.00/hour and is part-time, with flexibility for class schedules. Enterprise Mobility prioritizes the safety and well-being of its employees, customers, and communities.

Requirements

Must be a current Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program, with a graduation date between now & May 2028.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on your driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within our business hours.
Must live in the Albuquerque, NM area, or have plans to relocate prior to start date.
