As a Project Management Associate in the Early Careers Program Management team, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of early-career programs. You will maintain high-quality program data and reporting, identify trends that matter, and help leaders make informed decisions. You will also drive process improvements using analytics and automation tools while partnering with stakeholders across recruiting, learning, HR operations, and technology. You’ll bring a high bar for organization, follow-through, and clear communication in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program management, operations, analytics, or a related role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel capabilities
  • Experience using analytics and workflow tools (for example, Alteryx)
  • Ability to maintain high data accuracy and produce clear, consistent reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across a range of seniority levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new technologies, and escalate when appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate program data and deliver regular reporting and success metrics
  • Partner with data stakeholders to collect, reconcile, and manage key monthly datasets
  • Develop and execute data management practices to improve data quality, access, and usability
  • Build and improve workflows using analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Track and analyze program metrics to surface trends, risks, and opportunities for action
  • Partner with data privacy stakeholders to ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of program information
  • Support the strategy and delivery of early-career program experiences, messaging, and engagement initiatives
  • Drive consistent program management standards and help teams adopt repeatable practices
  • Lead defined workstreams (for example: communications, leadership updates, surveys, or reporting) from planning through execution
  • Advise and partner with program leaders, recruiters, and business stakeholders on objectives, priorities, and delivery plans
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and deliver projects with autonomy and accountability
