The Human Capital team at Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking an Early Careers/Campus Recruiter to join their Global Talent Acquisition team. This role is central to CRA's success by identifying and acquiring top talent. The recruiter will own the full life-cycle university recruitment process, including full-time and internship positions, and coordinate daily operational processes. They will work closely with internal hiring managers to market roles, source and evaluate candidates, and develop attraction strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as university personnel and career centers, is also a key responsibility. The role involves managing the entire candidate lifecycle, from marketing and sourcing to assessment and offer processes. Additionally, the recruiter will support reporting and operations by creating reports, analyzing data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, and providing data-driven insights. They will also be responsible for understanding and marketing CRA's unique value proposition as an employer, suggesting and executing cultivation and brand-building events, and coordinating logistics for campus-related events. Internal recruitment activities for specific groups/practices, including customizing interview schedules and recruiting teams, will also be managed. The recruiter will track recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and participate in broader Talent Acquisition projects, contributing creative ideas and process improvement suggestions, such as training on recruiting best practices, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and branding/social media.
