About The Position

The Human Capital team at Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking an Early Careers/Campus Recruiter to join their Global Talent Acquisition team. This role is central to CRA's success by identifying and acquiring top talent. The recruiter will own the full life-cycle university recruitment process, including full-time and internship positions, and coordinate daily operational processes. They will work closely with internal hiring managers to market roles, source and evaluate candidates, and develop attraction strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as university personnel and career centers, is also a key responsibility. The role involves managing the entire candidate lifecycle, from marketing and sourcing to assessment and offer processes. Additionally, the recruiter will support reporting and operations by creating reports, analyzing data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, and providing data-driven insights. They will also be responsible for understanding and marketing CRA's unique value proposition as an employer, suggesting and executing cultivation and brand-building events, and coordinating logistics for campus-related events. Internal recruitment activities for specific groups/practices, including customizing interview schedules and recruiting teams, will also be managed. The recruiter will track recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and participate in broader Talent Acquisition projects, contributing creative ideas and process improvement suggestions, such as training on recruiting best practices, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and branding/social media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant full-time work experience
  • 1-3 years related work experience with university recruiting in a complex, fast paced and high-volume business (professional services preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting technology (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Curious and analytical thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative, problem solving and leadership
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
  • Excellent time management, task prioritization, and detail orientation
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Flexibility for evening events, occasional weekend work, and periodic overnight travel

Responsibilities

  • Oversee university recruiting (full-time and internship) for universities in the geography
  • Work with internal hiring managers and teams to market roles, source and evaluate candidates, and identify attraction strategies
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with external stakeholders (university personnel, career centers)
  • Manage overall candidate lifecycle and communication (marketing, sourcing, assessment, offer and attraction processes)
  • Support reporting and operations. Create reports and analyze data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, providing data-driven insights on our investments. Proactively research, identify, and communicate market trends
  • Understand and market CRA’s unique value proposition as an employer, suggest and execute cultivation and brand-building events
  • Coordinate logistics and participate in campus-related events
  • Coordinate internal recruitment activities for specific internal groups/practices, including customization of interview schedules and recruiting teams
  • Track all relevant recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Participate in broader TA projects and initiatives, contribute creative ideas, and provide process improvement suggestions. Some examples include: Training on recruiting best practices; Diversity & inclusion initiatives; Branding and social media.
