About The Position

As part of the Fort Worth Demand Planning organization within Production Operations org (EDSC), this role will be responsible for replenishment and process integration across all lines of business, coordinating activities related to demand entry, demand stability, BOM integrity and on-time order release, primarily focusing on Less-Than-Lead-Time (LTLT) support acting as the bridge between the demand‑loader function and the Purchasing team. Candidate must have strong soft skills with the ability to create and execute presentations. As the Demand Planning specialist, primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Resolve issues that may arise in the manufacturing process by interfacing with all supporting organizations. Lead teams within Demand Planning to support departmental processes and activities. Work directly with MRP Planners to resolve unplanned issues and coordinate resolution. Interface with process stakeholders to help reduce demand instability and improve overall supply plan health. Function as an advisor to other functional departments and external customers regarding tasks, projects, and operations, typically assembly, fabrication, and master data related. Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Demand Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Scheduling Production Control, Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management
  • Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Prior MRP Planning experience
  • SAP experience
  • Continuous Improvement experience
  • Experience standardizing and improving operational processes
  • Experience creating and executing presentations
  • Experience with SQL, SAP HANA, and Data Mining
