About The Position

Project Management and Planning Specialists support SHA by delivering planning and project management services, including scope development, budgeting, risk analysis, scheduling, design review, and financial tracking. They manage projects ranging from $200K to over $100M, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client-centred care. They integrate service delivery needs into design, translate user requirements into technical plans, and communicate between leadership, medical staff, and project teams. Acting as the owner’s representative, they lead construction projects, oversee quality and compliance, maintain records, and foster collaboration across departments and partners while promoting a positive, innovative work environment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Architectural Engineering
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Interior Design
  • Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)
  • Project Management certificate
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Facilities Engineering Technology
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Knowledge in the Saskatchewan health care system
