We are looking for an Analytics consultant for our Decision Intelligence practice. Success in this position requires managing consulting projects/engagements delivering Marketing Analytics, Real World Data (RWD) Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Market Mix Modeling, and Predictive Modeling.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the application of analytics in the Life Sciences and Biopharma domain, across Commercial Analytics and RWD Analytics use cases.
- Patient analytics using Real World Data (RWD) sources such as Claims data, EHR/EMR data, lab/diagnostic testing data, etc.
- Predictive modeling using Real World Data.
- Strong consultative and client-facing experience with a commercial mindset.
- Relevant leadership philosophy which includes accountability & responsibility for individual and team work. Builds morale, energy & engagement while fostering a learning & growth-oriented team culture. Challenges but in a productive and noncritical manner
- Understanding of various datasets – LAAD, XPO, NPA, Promotional etc.
- Understanding of SP / Payer / Market Access
- Ability to communicate well both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Directly work with senior client in a highly consultative and responsive manner, to deliver high-quality and high-impact analytical solutions to business problems.
- Manage projects ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Develop detailed analysis plans, tailored to business problems using problem solving and structured approach.
- Lead discussions with clients, including identifying business problems, ongoing discovery and consensus-building in course of project delivery, and recommendations/deliverable readouts/ presentations.
