Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of commercial HVAC service experience (project experience preferred).
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to learn electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Able in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC controls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation and service of commercial HVAC systems
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Learn to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications.
- Support technicians in diagnosing system issues and performing repairs
- Help load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Maintain accurate service records, project documentation, and daily reports.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and fellow technicians.
- Attend training sessions and pursue licensing or certification as required
