About The Position

LTS is seeking full-time undergraduate/graduate students pursuing an engineering degree for an internship program. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and be eager to learn. Interns will have the opportunity to own a project from start to finish and present their results. This role is set in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, offering hands-on experience with line equipment and packaging componentry to produce lifesaving medicines for patients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with teams responsible for developing and manufacturing lifesaving medicines for patients
• Be part of a team and work alongside other experienced professionals on critical project initiatives
• Participate in and lead packaging line trials at manufacturing facilities as needed
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members and outside suppliers
• Support technical projects by leading weekly project meetings and maintaining timelines
• Support implementation and installation of new equipment onsite
• Support product transfer/qualification to new packaging line
• Lead process improvements projects
• Present results to the management team upon completion of the internship
