About The Position

Blythe Development, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a licensed general contractor specializing in site work, road construction, and golf course construction across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The Project Engineer is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control. This role also involves providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards, covering all areas of project management including time management, project specification quality control, contract administration, and safety management.

Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Teams/Tremble Construction One & Vista
• 4-year degree
• Ability to become a valuable team member for construction projects of a $2M-$25M site grading projects that includes all aspects from clearing to pavement markings
• Able to reliably travel regionally
