Requirements

  • Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Understanding of project management processes, scheduling practices, and construction workflows.
  • Skills in project coordination, communication, and operational support.
  • Ability to participate in training and development opportunities to support advancement within the Project Management career path.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with daily project administration and coordination activities.
  • Assist with project startup, closeout, and overall project documentation.
  • Coordinate project communications and facilitate information flow among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, action items, and schedule updates.
  • Support project reporting and administrative processes.
  • Maintain organized project files, electronic records, and documentation systems.
  • Manage contracts, drawings, specifications, submittments, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
  • Ensure project documents are accurate, current, and properly distributed to stakeholders.
  • Maintain document control procedures to support project compliance and record retention.
  • Maintain project logs, tracking systems, and status reports.
  • Monitor submittal, RFI, and documentation workflows to support timely project execution.
  • Assist with project data collection, performance tracking, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare project management support documents and reporting materials.
  • Schedule project meetings and coordination activities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, minutes, and action-item summaries.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, commitments, and project deliverables.
  • Develop knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Learn project management processes, scheduling practices, and construction workflows.
  • Build skills in project coordination, communication, and operational support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to support advancement within the Project Management career path.
