About The Position

Keeley Companies is hiring a Project Engineer for its Civil Group in St. Louis, Missouri. The role coordinates project communications and documentation, supports bid solicitation and estimating, and helps manage construction submittals, RFIs, scope changes, and change proposals. The Project Engineer participates in required construction meetings and follows OSHA and company safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Agree to complete an assessment for selection and a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Internship experience in sitework, concrete, grading, wastewater, heavy civil, or similar work performing comparable responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work and correspondence between all project team members.
• Manage documentation related to construction projects.
• Assist with bid solicitation and estimating functions.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain submittal and RFI logs based on project drawings and specifications.
• Document and communicate scope changes and other related project impacts to the project team.
• Coordinate the change proposal, review, and submission process.
• Participate in required construction meetings with personnel, subcontractors, designers, and owners.
