For Project Engineering services in the Capital Projects area. This role involves supporting technical design, engineering deliverables, technical reviews, and design change requests. The ideal candidate will liaise with engineering contractors, equipment vendors, and internal technical SMEs. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with manufacturing, packaging processes, and equipment.
Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Support technical design, engineering deliverables, technical reviews, and design change requests.
Liaise with engineering contractors, equipment vendors, and internal technical SMEs.
Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Develop and implement change control procedures to manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
Review and approve change requests, ensuring they are justified and aligned with project objectives.
