Requirements
- Must Have Previous Construction Experience.
- Strong administrative, computer, organization and communication skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent studies/experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for project teams.
- Track subcontracts.
- Purchase and track materials, as well as coordinate delivery.
- Facilitate all new hire onboarding.
- Responsible for running on-site orientation.
- Coordinate meeting times
- Receive incoming phone calls.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
