About The Position

The Project Data Coordinator supports the ADRD Public Health Adoption Accelerator's research infrastructure by managing all data collection, entry, extraction, quality assurance, and reporting functions. Reporting to the Project Director with scientific oversight from Dr. Glanz (Strategy 1 lead), the Coordinator executes the annual environmental scan of BOLD program implementation strategies, manages the Penn REDCap database for performance measures and TA engagement logs, and compiles quantitative data for CDC Annual Performance Reports. This position is the operational hub for the program's evidence base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data management, research coordination, or program evaluation.
  • Experience with REDCap, Qualtrics, or equivalent data entry and management systems required.
  • REDCap, Microsoft Excel (data entry, extraction, and auditing); quantitative research methods; attention to detail; time management; written communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Fields of study: public health, health sciences, information science, or related discipline.
  • Experience with grant reporting preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADRD, aging, or public health research preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the annual environmental scan of BOLD program implementation strategies across ≥30 STLT agencies, Component 1 and 2 activities, peer-reviewed literature and grey literature using the dual-review structured extraction protocol developed with Drs. Glanz and Gitlin; train and supervise Penn RAs in extraction coding procedures.
  • Build, maintain, and update the Penn REDCap database for all program data streams, including quarterly performance measures (tools/trainings used nationally and by STLT agencies; communications products shared), TA engagement logs, adoption-tier classifications, FRAME-IS adaptation notes, and Launch pad site implementation outcome data using the Proctor et al. framework.
  • Compile and prepare all quantitative performance measure data for CDC quarterly reporting and Annual Performance Reports; coordinate with Emory external evaluation team on data verification procedures; generate equity-disaggregated reach tracking reports from Year 1.
  • Manage content entry and annual updates for the Implementation Strategy Registry; coordinate with Dr. Demiris on Registry digital infrastructure; perform quality review of Registry entries for accuracy and completeness against CPSTFCPSTF-modeled rating criteria.
  • Provide data management support for Launchpad sites in coordination with Gaugler lab RA; conduct data audits, generate site-level reports, and flag data quality issues to Dr. Hirschman and the Project Director.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the annual Expert Advisory Panel convening and Evidence Academy, including materials preparation, rating instrument management, and meeting documentation.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
