Project Coordinator

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.4 GPA
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with account management in CRM and/or ERP systems
- Familiarity with reviewing business documents (terms and conditions, NDAs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service orientation
- Quick learner who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to seek guidance when needed
- Effective collaborator cross-functionally and can manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and review necessary documents (T&Cs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements)
- Manage customer compliance documentation, safety assessments, etc.
- Support with project tasks and processes
- Maintain customer accounts across multiple customer portals and systems
- Coordinate projects and processes across cross-functional teams
- Serve as a point of contact through various communication channels
- Support sales activities by routing leads appropriately
