About The Position

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Owner's Rep team in New York, NY!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to develop process workflows and system requirements for technology enhancements.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain communication records and project files.
  • Track submittals, schedules and correspondence between project manager and various outside parties to ensure timely responses.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to internal and external customers as needed.
  • Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by project manager(s) and engineer(s).
  • Participate in development and training for system enhancements whenever necessary.
  • Respond to client and assist client and project manager with document management.
  • Scan, copy, distribute and file project correspondence and meeting minutes.
  • Establish and maintain electronic documents.
  • Generate reports as needed.
