Requirements

A recent college graduate (or early-career professional) with a business, engineering, or construction-related degree.
Exceptionally detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
A strong problem solver and communicator, able to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
Adept at multitasking, managing deadlines, and working under pressure.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with Smartsheet, Adobe Pro, and other project management tools.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Oasis, OnScreen Takeoff, Sage/MAS.

Responsibilities

Assist with the organization, tracking, and execution of lighting and control projects from start to finish.
Liaise with construction teams, manufacturers, and vendors to coordinate product approval, storage, delivery, and schedule adherence.
Track order status, shipping schedules, and project timelines using Smartsheet and MS Office Suite.
Create and maintain submittal packages, change orders, closeout documents, and status reports.
Ensure all project documents, orders, and materials are accurate, organized, and updated.
Periodically travel to construction sites and warehouses to track materials and ensure smooth delivery.
