Requirements

  • A high school education or general education degree (GED) required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Planner / Coordinator in a manufacturing environment
  • At least 3 years of experience using ERP systems such as JobBoss, CSI Syteline, or equivalent for order/job creation, inventory transactions, bills of material, and record reconciliation
  • Strong communication skills, especially the ability to write concise and accurate emails
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Great teammate who can effectively interact with management and collaborate with other departments in the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully research and resolve direct shipment issues and concerns in an accurate, thorough, and timely matter with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries on order status, changes, or cancellations.
  • Review and manage bills of material on jobs.
  • Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (DPAS, ITAR, ISO9001, AS9100, etc.).
  • Maintain clear communication between operations and departments on critical, urgent, and essential parts and supplies.
  • Coordinate various high-volume projects.
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Handle order entry, scheduling, inventory control, invoicing, customer returns, and budgetary forecasting.
  • Document procedures, and track and review processes accordingly.
