Del Medical is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Coordinator to support the installation of radiographic imaging systems in hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers nationwide. As Project Coordinator, you will manage the operational side of imaging equipment installations from order release through final acceptance. You’ll manage multiple concurrent installations and serve as the communication hub between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Field Service.

Requirements

2–5 years of project coordination, construction coordination, or operational support experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage 10–25 concurrent projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Nice To Haves

Experience in medical device, capital equipment, or technical service industries
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
Exposure to healthcare construction or equipment installation environments
